Lots to catch up on...

…but it’s not going to be right now, as I am packing for Rouge-Orleans Ultra-marathon relay! My six man team will run 126.2 miles down the levee of the Mississippi River beginning at 8 a.m. Central Time on Saturday, Feb. 11.  In the last several days the temperature has gotten colder and colder so the original set of clothes I put aside will need to be supplemented with some warmer layers–thank God for the parka I got at the after Christmas sale   Please feel free to keep up with me (@especialk) and my team (#gnofitbirds) on Twitter.  Just a disclaimer that I am only responsible for my tweets and may not be responsible for those at 2 o’clock in the morning
